We are looking for versatile Software Engineer to join our core wifi AP Team.
ResponsibilitiesWork with product market team to review product requirements.

Propose system-level design for addressing the product requirements , document it in a functional specification document and work with cross functional teams for signoff.
Develop modules in c type which works on linux operating system and within the embedded memory / CPU's constraints of the access point platform.
Work with Quality engineering in developing test cases and fix bugs found during functional/stress testing.
Prepare release notes and presentations regarding the feature to customer support team and technical marketing team.
Participate in scrum meetings and work on designated bugs related to driver code.
Perform code reviews from other team members and provide feedback.
Work on escalation issues from deployments along with the customer support team, engage on live debug on production networks, analyze the issue and provide fixes.
Required Skills Deep understanding of Embedded systems with the memory/CPU tradeoff's with prior 10
years' experience Strong theoretical background in wireless networks and protocols Must have architected/developed modules or in embedded RTOS and in linux kernel environmentExposure to customer escalations and solving issues under time constraint.
Prior experience of working with cross-geographical teams.
